Golin Los Angeles is seeking a Manager (Senior Account Executive) to become a part of its digital team. This role involves providing creative and results-driven solutions for clients, identifying real-time opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns. The Manager will foster integration among teams, drive channel and social strategy, and oversee content creation across digital platforms.

Role Involves:
  • Partnering with account teams to achieve client communications goals.
  • Overseeing social media programs and campaigns.
  • Serving as the day-to-day client contact for digital workstreams.
  • Analyzing clients’ social media landscape and making strategic recommendations.
  • Conducting research and presenting in new business pitches.
  • Following trends and recommending ways brands can intercept cultural conversations.
  • Conceptualizing and editing digital content, and managing content partnerships.
  • Overseeing the creation of social media content calendars.
  • Managing community engagement and customer service.
  • Monitoring performance analytics and developing social media reports.
  • Assisting with paid strategy and execution on various platforms.
  • Being the expert on Golin’s data and analytics tools.
  • Guiding junior team members.

Requirements:
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Multi-channel expertise across social media platforms.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a social or integrated marketing agency.
  • Experience in building online communities and managing influencers.
  • Examples of creativity in large- and small-scale campaigns.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to complete great work.
  • Solid client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and optimizations.
  • Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
