Whalar, a leading independent Creator and Social Agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role is offered on a remote-first basis, with occasional office visits required.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing campaign delivery, managing client relationships, and developing team members. They will also be accountable for financial planning, process improvement, and consultative client support.
The role involves:
- Overseeing day-to-day campaign operations
- Leading and mentoring team members
- Delivering accurate pricing plans
- Identifying process gaps and tailoring workflows
- Offering creator economy expertise to clients
- Developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Developing and implementing measurement plans
- Presenting work to clients
- Resolving client disputes
Whalar is looking for someone who has:
- 6+ years’ agency or brand experience
- Proven track record of successful program delivery and account growth
- Experience managing a team
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the creator economy
- Fluency in German at a native or near-native level
