Job Description
Box is seeking a passionate and results-driven Developer Advocate to join their Developer Relations team. This role focuses on shaping the future of developer operations, advocacy, and tooling at Box, with a strong emphasis on content and AI. The Developer Advocate will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Box AI and establishing Box as the go-to developer tool for RAG and Agentic applications. They will also serve as a bridge between the external developer community and internal product and engineering teams. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact and help shape the future of the developer experience at Box.

What this role involves:
  • Driving awareness and adoption of Box AI.
  • Writing AI framework connectors, sample applications, prototypes, and code samples.
  • Supporting developers through direct engagement and support channels.
  • Being a voice for the external developer community internally.
  • Speaking at conferences and technical events.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of developer relations or related experience.
  • Experience building and delivering technical training and/or developer certification programs.
  • Strong technical writing and public speaking skills.
  • Active in the AI developer ecosystem (preferred).
  • Background in supporting developer communities (preferred).
  • Established personal brand and network in the AI developer ecosystem (preferred).
