Community Supervisor

Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Community Supervisor for their Delft location. The Community Supervisor will work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to supervise all aspects of hotel operations and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. This role goes beyond traditional hotel duties, requiring the individual to be a skilled connector and ensure the hotel's seamless operation.

Role involves:
• Supervising and assisting front of house staff.
• Providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars.
• Handling guest and team member inquiries and complaints.
• Maintaining an overview of hotel operations and managing issues.
• Sharing knowledge and assisting team members.
• Networking with the guest community.

Requirements:
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
