Job Description
Chatham Financial is seeking a Director of Growth Operations to lead digital marketing and marketing operations strategy. This role is both hands-on and strategic, enhancing marketing performance and overall revenue generation. The Director will build and lead a team that designs and delivers process, systems, and analytics to support the Marketing team in planning & execution.
Role involves:
- Designing and delivering aligned systems & processes for lead management, funnel alignment, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
- Evaluating existing tools and driving new martech initiatives.
- Developing and executing multi-channel B2B digital campaigns.
- Optimizing website strategy and performance.
- Managing email marketing and nurture programs.
- Leading the optimization and management of Salesforce.
- Developing scalable workflows and automation rules.
- Setting KPIs and building dashboards to track program and campaign performance.
- Conducting A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Developing and managing landing pages and personalized content experiences.
- Building and leading a world-class marketing operations team.
Requirements:
- 12 - 15 years of experience in marketing operations including digital marketing and demand generation.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment preferred.
- Familiarity with all aspects of marketing operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative presentation skills.
- Understanding of modern marketing technology and techniques.
- Strong leadership and executive presence.
- Excellent project management skills.
