Job Description

Chatham Financial is seeking a Director of Growth Operations to lead digital marketing and marketing operations strategy. This role is both hands-on and strategic, enhancing marketing performance and overall revenue generation. The Director will build and lead a team that designs and delivers process, systems, and analytics to support the Marketing team in planning & execution.

Role involves:

  • Designing and delivering aligned systems & processes for lead management, funnel alignment, campaign execution, and sales enablement.
  • Evaluating existing tools and driving new martech initiatives.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel B2B digital campaigns.
  • Optimizing website strategy and performance.
  • Managing email marketing and nurture programs.
  • Leading the optimization and management of Salesforce.
  • Developing scalable workflows and automation rules.
  • Setting KPIs and building dashboards to track program and campaign performance.
  • Conducting A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Developing and managing landing pages and personalized content experiences.
  • Building and leading a world-class marketing operations team.

Requirements:

  • 12 - 15 years of experience in marketing operations including digital marketing and demand generation.
  • 7+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of marketing operations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative presentation skills.
  • Understanding of modern marketing technology and techniques.
  • Strong leadership and executive presence.
  • Excellent project management skills.
