Job Description
Chatham Financial is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Strategic Marketing, who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive global revenue growth. This role involves leading a team focused on understanding target audiences, positioning offerings, crafting tailored messaging, launching new capabilities, and driving business growth across segments and regions. The Senior Director will report to and work closely with the CMO, ensuring marketing goals and KPIs around client acquisition, growth, and retention are met.

Role Involves:
  • Market analysis and understanding of target audience needs.
  • Developing positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Creating sales enablement tools.
  • Partnering with product management to drive adoption of new features.
  • Leading product launch strategies and market education programs.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of strategic marketing managers and associates.

Requirements:
  • 20+ years in product, segment, or integrated marketing roles within financial services.
  • 8+ years leading global teams.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of asset and investment management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; advanced degree a plus.
