Constant Contact is seeking a Customer Success Operations Project Manager to drive initiatives that enhance customer experience, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be part of a small but impactful Customer Success Operations team, supporting the broader Customer Success organization through strategic project execution, workflow optimization, and data-informed initiative improvements. This role requires strong project management skills and an analytical mindset, leveraging data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.

Role involves:
  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Optimizing team workflows using data insights.
  • Collaborating across teams to align on goals and timelines.
  • Building and maintaining project plans and documentation.
  • Monitoring KPIs and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Analyzing customer, performance, and project data.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets and Tableau.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborative and independent nature.
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, etc.).
