Job Description
Corelight is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support their fast-paced sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative, playing a key role in driving deal execution efficiency and optimizing sales processes. This role involves partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to support complex deal structuring and enhance overall sales performance.Corelight is backed by investments from top-tier venture capital organizations and is known for its network detection and response platform.Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team for deal structuring, pricing, and approvals.
  • Review and approve non-standard deal terms, discounts, and commercial structures.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to coordinate contract generation, redlining, and approvals.
  • Maintain a central repository of deal desk documentation.
  • Assist in RMA & Evaluations of Corelight products
  • Help design and roll out scalable processes for quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and related sales tech stack tools.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth lead-to-deal handoffs and clean data hygiene.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with sales teams in a high-growth B2B environment (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of pricing strategy, quote-to-cash processes, and revenue recognition.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
