Job Description
OfferFit is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their rapidly expanding Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, improving, and scaling OfferFit's self-learning AI platform. This is a remote position open to candidates in LATAM and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance OfferFit's ML platform using cloud-native architectures.
- Lead cross-functional platform initiatives from start to finish.
- Design, implement, and optimize critical services and subsystems.
- Define and enforce security, compliance, and infrastructure-as-code standards.
- Integrate observability best practices for proactive issue detection.
- Improve Developer Experience (DX) by streamlining workflows and tooling.
- Coach fellow engineers on DevOps architectures and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Exceptional coding skills with a focus on clean, modular code.
- A tinkerer's mindset, regularly exploring new technologies.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactively identifying opportunities and risks.
- Structured and organized approach to planning and execution.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
