Altium is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead and develop a high-performing DevOps team. The DevOps Manager will collaborate with team members across different time zones and external team leaders, ensuring system reliability and proactive issue detection. This role involves leading incident response, planning infrastructure upgrades, and driving automation initiatives.
Role Involves:
Managing projects and resources for implementation
Collaborating with team members across different timezones
Ensuring system reliability and proactive issue detection
Leading incident response and management
Planning and overseeing infrastructure upgrades
Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing DevOps team
Participating in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
Improving reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions
Partnering with engineering and development teams to enhance product stability
Partnering with SRE/Operations to drive automation initiatives
Requirements:
2+ years experience in Leading/Management roles
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud
Strong knowledge of k8s clusters in production environment
Good understanding of SDLC, microservice architecture
Good understanding or Service/Infrastructure Monitoring needs
Knowledge of CI-CD tooling Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub, ArgoCD or similar
5+ years relational databases (mysql, postgres) as a plus
Experience as .NET/Java/Python Software Developer as a plus
