Team Lead, Data Engineering

Job Description

OMD EMEA is seeking a Team Lead, Data Engineering to lead a team and bring innovative solutions to empower the agency. The role reports to the Data & Technology Transformation Partner. The Team Lead will develop and deploy an internal product to facilitate an analytical and data-driven approach, ensuring it follows standardized methodologies and architecting its future. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of data engineers, collaborating with other DTT disciplines, and establishing efficient ways of working.

The role involves:

• Leading and managing a team of data engineers.
• Developing and deploying an internal product for data analysis.
• Collaborating with other disciplines to deliver data science outputs.
• Establishing efficient ways of working within the business.

Requirements:

• Strong technical ability and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience in defining work and driving best practices.
• Experience with digital media data is beneficial.
