Job Description
PHD is seeking a Biddable Director to lead Paid Social planning and activation for their clients. The role involves delivering best-in-class strategies, assisting with new business pitches, and supporting the Head of Social Activation and Head of Biddable in setting team expectations. The Biddable Director will collaborate with media and technology providers to ensure adherence to best practices and drive excellence.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social, with a focus on driving commercial results and ROI. They should bring operational excellence and strategic thinking to the PHD Paid Social team, with experience in nurturing, developing, and managing highly motivated teams, as well as managing well-informed clients.
