Appian is seeking a Marketing Lead to spearhead the messaging and marketing strategy for its Life Sciences sector. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance awareness and demand for the Appian platform within the Life Sciences industry. The Marketing Lead will craft comprehensive industry marketing strategy plans, coordinate execution across departments, and assess program effectiveness against pipeline and revenue objectives.Responsibilities include:
- Leading global marketing programs for Life Sciences.
- Providing strategic industry messaging and direction to marketing teams.
- Developing an understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
- Defining a global marketing strategy for target buyers.
- Creating marketing plans to generate awareness and drive leads.
- Measuring program performance against goals.
- Acting as a central point of contact across functions.
Qualifications include:
- 7+ years of industry marketing or marketing management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent writing skills.
- An analytical mindset.
- A track record of developing strategies for brand awareness and demand generation.
- Strong cross-departmental leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with technologies like BPM, RPA, AI, case management, CRM, PaaS, and enterprise mobile is a plus.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
