BitGo, a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join their growing team in India. This role is based in the Bangalore office and requires onsite work from Monday to Friday.BitGo is looking for someone to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.Responsibilities:

• Manage employee engagement strategies.
• Conduct engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Lead recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and cultural celebrations.
• Manage internal communication campaigns.
• Monitor engagement KPIs and prepare reports.
• Build people-first practices.
• Enhance onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Act as a culture ambassador.
• Provide strategic HR support.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Expertise in core HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Prior experience managing a team.
