Job Description

NEORIS, a digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a Lead Tester with a focus on video games to join their team in Córdoba, Argentina. This role involves leading a team of testers and ensuring the quality of video game software.NEORIS is looking for someone to:

• Understand testing schedules and coverage requirements.
• Supervise the daily tasks of the testing team.
• Track and report on team activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the testing team.
• Participate in staffing processes.
• Resolve critical incidents and escalate issues.

Requirements for this role include:

• 5+ years of software testing experience (ideally in video games).
• Experience in video game testing / A/B playtesting (desirable).
• ISTQB certification.
• B2 level English or higher.
• Experience leading testing teams of 5–20 testers.
• Knowledge of functional documentation, SDLC, and console/mobile builds.
• Availability to work in the offices in downtown Córdoba.
