Doctolib is seeking a Tech & Product Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. This role is crucial in achieving ambitious hiring goals and reshaping the company's approach to work and collaboration. The recruiter will advise and collaborate with Engineering & Product leaders to ensure hiring excellence and attract top talent.

Role involves:
  • Recruiting top tech talents critical to Doctolib's product roadmap.
  • Driving talent attraction strategies for TA Tech teams.
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
  • Developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
  • Driving expectation-setting conversations and leveraging data.
  • Advocating for candidates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Focusing on recruitment operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
  • Experience working with a high-growth staff plan in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in direct talent sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with tech and product leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • User-first attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Full proficiency in English; German or French is a plus.
