Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a passionate Account Executive (x/f/m) to join their team in Bonn. This role is pivotal in transforming and digitizing the healthcare industry, contributing to Doctolib's growth across Germany. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure, focusing on acquiring new clients and providing them with tailored solutions.Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Being responsible for revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in the designated region.
  • Independently acquiring physicians, acting as a consultant to analyze their needs and challenges.
  • Tracking sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/field sales, preferably in B2B solutions.
  • Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
  • High energy level and a confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken German at C1 level).
  • Class B driver's license.
