Operation Associate, Lending at Fazz

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-initiative Operation Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in financial business operation and have a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Checking and validating documents of borrower according to the credit request for disbursement
• Checking and contacting due date lender saving product
• Conduct daily operations task assigned (from reporting, executing and monitoring entity initiative)
• Ensuring operation SOP is executed and meet the compliance necessity
• Improve internal process to be better

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience related in Banking or P2P or financial industries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial information and trade checking process
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Self initiative and willing to take responsibility
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Know how to map end to end business process flow
