People Partner South Latam at VTEX

The People Partner at VTEX will play a crucial role in partnering with leaders to achieve growth KPIs through effective people strategies. This role is based in Medellin and requires the candidate to be in the office four days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Advising leaders on achieving growth KPIs through end-to-end people strategies.
• Being a VTEX culture evangelist and advocate for company principles.
• Partnering with leaders to identify business needs and develop appropriate people products.
• Reinforcing an inclusive and respectful environment.
• Recruiting and hiring the right people to build a world-class team.
• Building trusted relationships with leaders and influencing key stakeholders.
• Designing and supporting change management plans.
• Leveraging leadership performance through feedback.
• Translating crises into high-level conversations.
• Ensuring VTEX's desirable future guides team actions.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a People Partner in E-commerce or Tech.
• Strong background in HR / People.
• Based in Medellin.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
• Understanding of organizational dynamics and talent management principles.
• Keen eye for detail and structured problem-solving skills.
• High level of self-awareness and adaptability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills in Portuguese or Spanish and English.
