VTEX is seeking a Field Software Engineer to serve as the primary interface between the company and its customers. This role is technology-driven and focuses on understanding various scenarios related to the VTEX product and developing solutions for recurring customer issues through ticket resolution and platform investigation. The Field Software Engineer improves the area and strengthens the customer-company relationship by giving e-commerce expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients through real-time communication channels.
- Identifying the context of client requests.
- Developing solutions to recurring customer problems.
- Improving the customer-company relationship.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Tech and math mindset.
- Digital commerce experience (preferred).
- Advanced English knowledge (preferred).
- Familiarity with frontend development.
- Based in Medellin, Colombia.
