VTEX is looking for a Field Software Engineer Leader to join their team in Medellin. This role is the primary interface between VTEX and the customer, using real-time communication to guide clients and share ecommerce expertise. The FSE Leader is responsible for the squad's output, managing the customer portfolio, and prioritizing demands.Responsibilities:
