Job Description

VTEX, a global leader in e-commerce, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts in North LATAM and help scale the brand to new heights. The Head of Marketing will report directly to the VP of Sales & MKT and play a pivotal role in scaling VTEX's market presence through innovative e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.

The marketing team's main responsibility is to create a pipeline full of real business opportunities for the Sales team to successfully close. This is done through the most strategic marketing channels such as paid media, email marketing events, and PR.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
  • Design and manage a communications calendar.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing efforts using tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Drive brand positioning and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B technical or IT companies.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hubspot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Tech-savvy, data-driven professional with ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and VTEX platform is a plus.
