Marketing Designer

Job Description

• Create on-brand visual assets for marketing initiatives, including digital ads, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to ideate and execute concepts that support marketing initiatives and enhance brand storytelling.
• Design and improve product visuals that align with business goals and brand principles.
• Transform content and messaging into visually appealing designs, focusing on user experience and conversion.
• Contribute to the iteration and maintenance of the existing brand design system across all channels.
• Manage multiple design tasks and projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Ensure all designs align with Payhawk’s branding guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects across multiple channels (digital, print, and motion).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas.
• Knowledge of visual research.
• Experience with tech products is a plus.
• Video editing and Motion graphics are a big plus.
