Job Description
Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join their team in Munich. This role involves partnering with sales and success teams as a product and accounting systems expert, contributing to new customer acquisition and revenue expansion. The Solutions Consultant will deliver personalized live demos, understand prospect business requirements, and provide valuable customer feedback to the product management team.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining expertise in Payhawk's product offerings.
- Participating in RFI/RFP processes and addressing technical inquiries.
- Delivering personalized live product demonstrations, including integration demos and complex use cases.
- Designing and documenting product configuration and implementation strategies.
- Providing accounting and accounting system expertise.
- Partnering with sales teams to drive new business revenue.
- Collaborating with the local marketing team at events and content reviews.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an ERP Implementation Role or similar finance role.
- Professional Accounting Qualification e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA is preferred.
- Experience working in both pre-sales and implementation is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Native German speaker.
- Ability to build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs.
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for problem-solving.
