Jobber is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead its UX Foundations team. This team is responsible for creating the structure and framework of Jobber's user experience across web and mobile platforms. The Manager will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the platform, ensuring it remains reliable and high-performing as Jobber scales.Jobber is recognized for its culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.The Role Involves:

Requirements:

• A track record of successfully leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality frontend solutions.

• Experience building consistent user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and allocate team resources effectively.
• Demonstrated success in shipping projects on time, even when requirements or technologies change.
• Effective communication and mentorship skills to support your team's growth and success.
