VTEX is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Chile to develop and implement marketing strategies focused on generating qualified demand for the sales team. The role involves creating multi-channel campaigns and data-driven marketing initiatives to attract quality leads and contribute to the company's conversion, positioning, and sales goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing integrated demand generation campaigns (email marketing, paid media, webinars, etc.)
- Optimizing conversion funnels and lead nurturing flows.
- Monitoring KPIs such as CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates.
- Collaborating with content, sales, and product teams.
- Executing Demand Generation events with prospects.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in demand generation or digital marketing focused on lead capture.
- Experience working with sales teams, ideally in agency or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM (HubSpot).
- Experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of inbound marketing, content marketing, and ABM.
- Knowledge and handling of current image and video editing tools.
