GoFibre is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing sales team in Edinburgh. This part-time role involves outbound sales, engaging with customers, and promoting GoFibre's packages.GoFibre is on a mission to revolutionize broadband capabilities for homes and businesses in rural towns and villages across Scotland and the north of England. They are committed to being environmentally conscious and creating social value in the areas they serve. The company offers fantastic offices in central Edinburgh and Berwick Upon Tweed.
What this role involves: - Making high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Engaging with customers to identify their needs and pitch GoFibre's packages
- Handling objections and confidently closing sales
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a driven mindset
- Keeping accurate records of calls and following up on leads
What candidate should bring to the role: - Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or direct sales
- A confident and persuasive communicator
