Job Description
LA28 is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support its financial operations. This role focuses on strategic planning, cash forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure the Games are delivered on time and within budget. The Manager will develop cost-benefit analyses, build financial models, and present management reports to support data-driven decision-making. They will report directly to the Director of Finance, Games.
Responsibilities: - Develop and prepare budgets for various Games functions.
- Analyze actual results vs. budget, providing insights into variances.
- Maintain lifetime financial plans and develop new financial models.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5+ years of professional FP&A experience.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and process management.
- Experience in large-scale events, sports, or entertainment is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with creating complex financial models.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
