Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their international Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers in EMEA, focusing on building strong customer relationships and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes using the Wrike platform. The role involves collaborating with various teams, providing guidance, and implementing strategies for customer ROI and growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong customer relationships and acting as a Wrike advocate.
  • Partnering with customers to establish clear business goals and success metrics.
  • Creating and managing engagement and communication strategies for customer ROI and growth.
  • Serving as a Wrike subject matter expert, providing guidance on work management.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams.
  • Monitoring the book of business and working towards targets, identifying opportunities and managing churn.
  • Maintaining and leveraging the Customer Success Management platform.

Requirements include:

  • Full fluency in English & French/German (verbal & written).
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success Management or customer facing-role supporting mid market clients.
  • Experience working with Marketing teams, Professional Services, IT teams, PMO teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of clients, including senior leadership.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
  • Great people skills.
  • Willingness to dive into technical details of a product to understand it thoroughly.
