Job Description
Dr. Squatch is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead their Walmart account team. The Senior Account Manager will manage day-to-day customer execution needs and collaborate to execute the company's long-term strategy within brick-and-mortar retail. The role involves working collaboratively across Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to drive activities supporting retail customers and reports to the Director of Retail Sales.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and growing relationships with key decision-makers at key retailers.
  • Working closely with brokers, distributors, and external business partners.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Retail Sales to build and execute sales strategy.
  • Driving progress with the marketing team to create visually stunning merchandising.
  • Developing and owning a strategy for trade promotions & customer spending.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate retail initiatives.
  • Managing collateral & assets for successful outreach.
  • Providing key inputs for account-specific demand planning.
  • Ensuring flawless execution of new item launches.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Sales, Business Development, or Account Management experience in CPG.
  • Prior category experience in personal care or wellness is preferred.
  • Experience with large established brands and early-stage startups.
  • Strong relationships or prior experience working with tier 1 food drug & mass retailers.
  • Walmart experience highly preferred.
  • Proven success in achieving aggressive sales goals.
  • Prior experience managing multiple broker networks.
