Job Description
Highnote is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its credit servicing platform. The role involves owning the full credit cardholder lifecycle, from onboarding and billing to collections and disputes. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and data science teams to build scalable and accurate servicing capabilities. This role will shape how Highnote's platform delivers financial accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client experiences.
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Highnote’s credit servicing platform.
- Formulate servicing product strategy and lead execution.
- Design and deliver servicing capabilities across account management, billing, payment processing, collections, adjustments, charge-offs, and dispute handling.
- Partner with Data Science to apply GenAI and ML to servicing processes.
- Design financial models, calculations, and reporting.
- Partner with risk, operations, compliance, and finance to ensure servicing solutions meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand evolving credit servicing trends and subscriber needs.
- Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Define and track critical KPIs to assess product success.
- 8+ years of product management experience in fintech, lending, credit, financial operations, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional product development.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
