Job Description

DLH Corp is seeking a Capture Manager Director to drive opportunities in the US Federal Health marketplace. The ideal candidate will be resourceful in managing process-driven captures and skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a commitment to ethical practices, strong business acumen, and technical expertise. The Capture Manager will report to the President of Public Health & Scientific Research.Role involves:

• Providing strategic direction and execution for capture efforts.
• Directing the development of solutions and strategies to win.
• Coordinating meetings with customers, competitors, and teammates.
• Managing multiple capture efforts.
• Developing win themes, strategies, and value propositions.
• Leading executive management gate reviews.
• Co-leading color team reviews with the Proposal Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Engineering/Science or Business-related fields.
• 16+ years of experience in successfully leading captures in Scientific Research/Public Health markets.
• Proven success in winning single large awards of (>$50M).
• Prior Government Service experience with Federal, DoD, and/or Civilian Agencies' markets.
• Strong proposal development and writing skills.
• Experience and understanding of pricing and pricing strategies.
• Ability to gain internal support and operate independently.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
