Job Description

iFood is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing ETL/ELT solutions, understanding business needs, translating analyses into data products, and building scalable data products. They will work independently on data projects, from requirements to data modeling, and maintain mathematical models for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in building optimized ETLs in PySpark/SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Databricks Dashboards, Thoughtspot, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Studio, etc.).
• Knowledge of distributed data systems and parallel processing (Spark, Databricks, etc.).
• Ability to translate business concepts into quantitative metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs).
• Good software engineering practices (e.g., documentation, version control, unit tests, clean code).
• Knowledge of statistics and modeling.
• Ability to generate actionable insights connected to the business.
• Good storytelling ability.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with business areas and technical teams.
