Ketryx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the hiring efforts for their rapidly growing healthcare technology startup in Boston. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have the autonomy and support to encourage personal and professional growth as Ketryx continues to scale its operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a target-driven work ethic, eager to contribute new ideas and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Manage own req load.
- Oversee the use of staffing agencies.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers.
- Source and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment.
- Improve process and deliver key results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of fast-paced recruitment experience.
- 2+ years experience managing a Talent Acquisition team.
- Demonstrated use of strategic ideas to quickly scale an organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, and various online systems.
