Senior Associate, ETF Clearing

Clear Street is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Clearing / Purchase and Sale team in Tampa. This role focuses on ETF Operations functions, contributing to the modernization of the brokerage ecosystem. The Senior Associate will be responsible for ETF create/redeem orders & booking, ensuring reporting accuracy, and optimizing functions. They will communicate with external brokers and clients, as well as internal traders and team members, to support timely settlement and accuracy of books and records. The ideal candidate will perform daily reconciliations, monitor & resolve exceptions & rejects in trade flows & postings, and contribute to process improvement.
