Job Description
Pathward is seeking a Manager, Portfolio to oversee government lending, specifically within the USDA program. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement credit origination metrics, manage a team of Account Executives, and monitor existing customer relationships. The Manager will also be responsible for developing portfolio exposure and performance reports, and participating in workout strategies when necessary.
Role Involves:
- Managing the Alternative Energy Government Loan Portfolio team.
- Performing managerial duties, including hiring, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Managing credit origination scorecard and approval authorization levels.
- Developing and documenting department policies and procedures.
- Ensuring periodic reviews are performed within established guidelines.
- Working with Collections, Asset Management Group, and Legal on troubled accounts.
- Developing portfolio reports to monitor exposures and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- USDA experience is preferred.
