Job Description
Moloco is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Bidder Quality team. This role involves leveraging Moloco's technology to determine bidding and pricing decisions for advertising campaigns. The engineer will work closely with infrastructure and machine learning teams to optimize software systems and improve performance.
  • Designing and implementing real-time bidding and pricing solutions.
  • Designing efficient and scalable ad serving systems.
  • Leading projects and contributing to unbiased analysis of ad performance issues.
  • Identifying and monitoring gaps in internal and external components.
  • Collaborating with product, account, and infrastructure engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with mathematical coursework.
  • 6+ years of work experience in research related to optimization of market prices or ML systems.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technical skills across engineering, machine learning, and data science.
  • Track record of building positive relationships with collaborators.
