Job Description
Operatus is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator based in Argentina to join their Delivery team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of customers' Salesforce platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the go-to-market teams are empowered with the tools and data they need to drive business growth.Responsibilities include:
  • Translating user stories into Salesforce solutions.
  • Conducting training and providing support to users.
  • Creating and updating Salesforce objects, data models, roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules.
  • Building and managing flows, process builder processes, approval processes, and workflow rules.
  • Building reports and dashboards.
  • Performing data migration, data mapping, export and import data.
  • Using Salesforce Cloud Products and third-party apps.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation.
Requirements include:
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 1+ years of consulting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Field Service Lightning.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin or other certifications are a plus
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Security Model.
  • C1 level of English language proficiency.
  • Align work schedule to US Eastern Timezone
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
