IT Lead (Senior Manager)

Job Description

Nourish is seeking an experienced IT Lead (Senior Manager) to establish scalable, secure, and seamless IT infrastructure. As the first dedicated IT hire, the IT Lead will lay the foundation for onboarding workflows and identity management. Reporting to the CTO, the IT Lead will collaborate with People, Ops, Engineering, and Finance to ensure employees have the necessary tools and support.Role responsibilities include:

• Owning Nourish’s internal IT systems and infrastructure.
• Implementing and managing tools like Okta, JAMF/Kandji, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Designing and maintaining onboarding/off-boarding processes.
• Managing access and permissions securely for the SaaS stack.
• Setting up and supporting the office network.
• Partnering with the security team on device compliance, vendor reviews, and audits.

Requirements:

• Experience managing IT systems at a fast-growing startup (100–500 employees).
• Hands-on experience with MDM, SSO, SaaS administration, and endpoint security.
• Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams.
• A passion for automating repetitive tasks and building scalable internal tooling.
• Ability to juggle short-term fixes with long-term infrastructure planning.
