VTEX is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join its team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mobile development, with both deep technical knowledge and great communication skills. As a key member of the VTEX team, the engineer will play a vital part in building a resilient, scalable commerce platform used by clients across the world.

In this role, the engineer will discuss solution proposals and software architecture, actively contributing to the definition and execution of strategic initiatives. They will focus on the mobile area (Android and IOS) to capture and send events from the stores. Additionally, web development knowledge will be considered an asset.

The Activity Flow team, responsible for tracking events in the front stores and creating an e-commerce metrics vision, will be where the engineer is assigned. The team has a massive impact on the operation, producing millions of events to the VTEX infrastructure.

Role Involves:

  • Discussing solution proposals and software architecture.
  • Actively contributing to the definition and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Focusing on the mobile area (Android and IOS) to capture and send events from the stores.
