VTEX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for E-commerce Fulfillment to enhance the Pick and Pack tool, which helps retailers manage their fulfillment processes. The Product Manager will improve user experience, enhance functionalities, and ensure the product delivers value across different regions, including the United States and Latin America. The role involves collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure solutions are robust, intuitive, and aligned with VTEX’s global strategy.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving the expansion of Pick and Pack into new regions.
- Defining the product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver new features.
- Identifying opportunities for integration with third-party solutions.
- Conducting product discovery to understand merchant workflows.
- Leading customer interviews and collecting feedback.
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing the roadmap planning.
- Ensuring alignment with regional market needs.
Requirements for this role include:
- Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or ecommerce-related products.
- Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to make informed decisions.
- Customer-centric approach with proven experience conducting user research.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is preferable.
