This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity within VTEX and its commerce ecosystem. What Role Involves: - Defining and executing a long-term strategy for software development products.
- Partnering with engineering and product leads to build roadmaps for a best-in-class software engineering toolkit.
- Driving observability and tooling investments, including vendor management and selection.
- Balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategic goals.
- Making Build vs. Buy decisions.
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer.
- Experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager is a plus.
- Passion for industry research and advocacy for technical best practices.
- Familiarity with GitHub or other modern CI/CD systems.
- Experience with monitoring platforms (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, New Relic).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
