VTEX is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to spearhead the vision and strategy for software development products. This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity within VTEX and its commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of developer experience, tooling, and engineering productivity.VTEX is the backbone of commerce infrastructure, empowering brands and retailers worldwide.What Role Involves:
  • Defining and executing a long-term strategy for software development products.
  • Partnering with engineering and product leads to build roadmaps for a best-in-class software engineering toolkit.
  • Driving observability and tooling investments, including vendor management and selection.
  • Balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategic goals.
  • Making Build vs. Buy decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer.
  • Experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager is a plus.
  • Passion for industry research and advocacy for technical best practices.
  • Familiarity with GitHub or other modern CI/CD systems.
  • Experience with monitoring platforms (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, New Relic).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
