Agile Delivery Lead (RTE Scaled Agile Framework) at Vonage

Vonage is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure smooth delivery of value across programs. The Agile Delivery Lead will be pivotal in spearheading Agile transformations, managing delivery processes, and optimizing team performance using tools like Jira.

This role involves:

• Spearheading Agile transformations and driving consistent delivery excellence.
• Leading the Agile Release Train (ART) and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration among Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Managing and optimizing the flow of value through the program and portfolio.
• Developing metrics and reports to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the program.
• Strategically planning and coordinating the delivery of value.
• Continuously evaluating and refining Agile practices.
• Coaching and guiding Agile teams and Product Managers.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on SAFe and Agile methodologies.

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of experience in Agile Delivery
• SAFe Certification (SA, RTE)
• Deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles
• Hands-on experience leading Agile transformations at scale
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align
• Experience coaching and influencing individuals at all levels
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Proactive and independent work ethic
