Program Manager RTE at Vonage

Vonage is looking for a Program Manager RTE to orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) and guarantee the smooth delivery of value across programs and portfolios. The candidate will lead Agile transformations, manage delivery processes, and optimize team performance using tools like Jira.Vonage is a global leader in cloud communications, providing flexible and scalable voice, messaging, video, and data capabilities.Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Agile transformation.
• Lead the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Ensure alignment and collaboration among teams.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value.
• Develop and maintain metrics and reports.
• Facilitate communication.
• Coordinate value delivery.
• Evaluate and refine Agile practices.
• Provide coaching and guidance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAFe and Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Agile Delivery.
• SAFe Certified (SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)).
• Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles.
• Experience leading Agile transformations at scale.
• Experience with Jira and Jira Align.
• Coaching and influencing skills.
