Release Train Engineer at Vonage

Vonage is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure value delivery across programs and portfolios. The RTE will lead Agile transformations, manage delivery processes, and optimize team performance using tools like Jira.

The ideal candidate will align teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement. This is a crucial role in a dynamic and evolving organization.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Agile at scale transformation
• Lead the Agile Release Train (ART)
• Ensure seamless alignment and collaboration among Agile teams
• Manage and optimize the flow of value
• Develop and maintain metrics and reports using Jira
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Strategically plan and coordinate the delivery of value
• Continuously evaluate and refine Agile practices
• Provide coaching and guidance to Agile teams and Product Managers
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAFe and Agile methodologies

Requirements:

• >4 years of experience in Agile Delivery
• SAFe Certified (SA) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles
• Hands-on experience leading Agile transformations at scale
• Experience with Jira and Jira Align
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Proactive and independent
• Experience in dynamic and multicultural environments
• Collaborative team player
