Job Description
SevenRooms is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support its rapidly growing Revenue Organization. This role is critical in streamlining revenue initiatives and processes. The Revenue Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, People, Legal, and Finance teams.He/she will be responsible for:
- Becoming a subject matter expert of the Salesforce front-end environment.
- Monitoring and ensuring data integrity across revenue tools.
- Compiling and analyzing issue trends.
- Educating users on CRM best practices.
- Responding to user requests and resolving issues.
- Documenting existing processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Identifying problems and creating solutions.
- Assisting the RevOps systems team with deployment needs.
- Contributing to the larger revenue organization strategy.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1-3+ years in Revenue Operations or related industries.
- 1-3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Familiarity with revenue tools like Looker, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- A great sense of humor.
