Talent Agent (Influencer)

Job Description

Viral Nation is seeking a Talent Agent to represent and manage the careers of social media influencers. The ideal candidate will be a positive, creative, and dedicated individual capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an in-depth understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, and contract negotiations.What This Role Involves:

• Discovering and signing large influencers seeking business management.
• Representing the business and brands of leading social media personalities.
• Seeking out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency.
• Staying on top of trends in the influencer marketing space.
• Seeking new opportunities such as TV and Film casting for talent.
• Presenting and assisting with the execution of growth strategies for influencers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent.
• 2+ years of experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).
