Lead Payer Analytics Consultant

Job Description

Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Lead Payer Analytics Consultant to join their Payment Strategy Department. This role is remote, open to candidates residing in California. The Lead Payer Analytics Consultant will function as a strategic consultant to Alliance executive leadership, providing expertise in managed care payer financial modeling and statistical analysis. They will advise leadership on organizational decision-making through complex financial analysis, supporting successful payer reimbursement outcomes. The consultant will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve payer reimbursement objectives and act as a subject matter expert and lead to subordinate staff.Role involves:

Requirements:

• Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies
• Familiarity with healthcare industry terms and data structures
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills
• Ability to lead, train, mentor, and motivate staff
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in healthcare reimbursement analysis
