SurveyMonkey is seeking a Manager, New Business Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring customers in the 1–1,000 employee segment. This role is based in Ottawa, Canada.

The role involves:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of SMB and Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Monitoring pipeline health and deal progress.
  • Refining and implementing sales processes.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensuring accountability for accurate forecasting and CRM data management.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, including 1-2 years managing a team of Account Executives.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership abilities.
