Commercial Finance Manager - Revenue

Job Description

Tide is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with revenue-generating teams. This role involves developing an understanding of key revenue and COGS drivers and taking ownership of a product P&L. The Commercial Finance Manager will lead part of the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights into the company's performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Role Involves:

• Leading financial discussions for a key revenue stream.
• Managing the full product P&L.
• Leading annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting.
• Managing key financial models.
• Performing scenario analysis.
• Developing understanding of product profitability through Unit Economics.
• Identifying risks and opportunities using large datasets.
• Coaching and mentoring FP&A Analysts.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Seeking cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in a Tech or FinTech company is an advantage.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
• Comfortable with Unit Economic analysis.
• Effective communication skills.
